The 40" Charm Mirror Photo Booth is a sleek, interactive mirror that brings style and fun to any event. It’s perfect for weddings, birthdays, corporate events, and more! RATES (Includes GST) These rates cover booth operational hours only. Setup and pack-down are FREE. ✔ 2 Hours – $600 ✔ 3 Hours – $700 ✔ 4 Hours – $800 ✔ 5 Hours – $900 TRAVEL FEE ✔ No travel fee within 30km from Perth CBD ✔ $2 per km for every extra km over 30km IDLE HOURS ✔ $60 per hour – Covers any time the booth is set up but not in use (e.g., if early setup is needed before the event starts). ✔ Note: If booking online, idle hours and travel fees will be billed separately (if applicable). HOW TO BOOK ✔ Book online or ask for a quote. ✔ A $200 deposit is required to secure your booking. The rest must be paid 7 days before the event. ✔ If your event is less than 7 days away, full payment is required. ✔ Online bookings for last-minute events: You will only pay the deposit first. We’ll send a separate invoice within 24 hours for the remaining balance.


Cancellation Policy

BOOKING FEE (DEPOSIT) REQUIREMENTS: A non-refundable $200 booking fee is required for all photo booth services (excluding Mirror Me, Glam Digital, and Pylon Booth options) and when paid only this will secure your service and date, and the remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before the event. CANCELLATION POLICY: For bookings made 30+ days before the event, there is a 7-day grace period for a full refund of the booking fee. After this, the booking fee becomes non-refundable. For bookings made within 30 days of the event, the booking fee is non-refundable upon payment. WHY IS THE BOOKING FEE NON-REFUNDABLE: The booking fee reserves your event date, preventing other bookings, and covers planning and administrative costs. LAST-MINUTE BOOKINGS: Bookings made within 7 days of the event require full payment upfront (A separate invoice will be issued if the booking is made online, to complete the payment). GUARANTEE OF SERVICE: All payments, including the booking fee, are protected by a 100% money-back guarantee if RM Party Wonderland cancels or fails to provide the service.
