With our Roaming Photo Booth we will have an attendant walk around your venue taking photos and action-packed media of your guests no matter where they are, whilst lighting up your event's atmosphere with its illuminating and fun inspiring colours! If your event is less than 7 days away, the full payment is required. However, if you book online and your event is less than 7 days away, you will only be asked for a booking fee/deposit, and in that case, we'll send you a separate invoice within 24 hours to complete payment.
Cancellation Policy
BOOKING FEE (DEPOSIT) REQUIREMENTS: A non-refundable $200 booking fee is required for all photo booth services (excluding Mirror Me, Glam Digital, and Pylon Booth options) and when paid only this will secure your service and date, and the remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before the event. CANCELLATION POLICY: For bookings made 30+ days before the event, there is a 7-day grace period for a full refund of the booking fee. After this, the booking fee becomes non-refundable. For bookings made within 30 days of the event, the booking fee is non-refundable upon payment. WHY IS THE BOOKING FEE NON-REFUNDABLE: The booking fee reserves your event date, preventing other bookings, and covers planning and administrative costs. LAST-MINUTE BOOKINGS: Bookings made within 7 days of the event require full payment upfront (A separate invoice will be issued if the booking is made online, to complete the payment). GUARANTEE OF SERVICE: All payments, including the booking fee, are protected by a 100% money-back guarantee if RM Party Wonderland cancels or fails to provide the service.
