Click the "BOOK online" button and select the date of your event - instant booking! 2. We setup before your event and drop off is available within 30kms of Perth CBD. 3. Set up and place the Audio Guestbook where guests can easily see it, so guests leave as many messages as possible! High foot traffic area is the most ideal spot. 4. Guests will pick up the phone and hear a greeting message. They can leave their message after the tone and it will start recording their message, and it ends when they hang up. 5. We'll pick up the Audio Guestbook once your event finishes. 6. You will receive a private link where you can listen to the combined audio messages. TO SECURE YOUR BOOKING A booking fee (deposit) of $150 is required to secure your booking with the remaining balance due 7 days prior to the event taking place. If your event is less than 7 days away, the full payment is required. However, if you book online and your event is less than 7 days away, you will only be asked for a booking fee/deposit, and in that case, we'll send you a separate invoice within 24 hours to complete payment.
Cancellation Policy
BOOKING FEE (DEPOSIT) REQUIREMENTS: A non-refundable $200 booking fee is required for all photo booth services (excluding Mirror Me, Glam Digital, and Pylon Booth options) and when paid only this will secure your service and date, and the remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before the event. CANCELLATION POLICY: For bookings made 30+ days before the event, there is a 7-day grace period for a full refund of the booking fee. After this, the booking fee becomes non-refundable. For bookings made within 30 days of the event, the booking fee is non-refundable upon payment. WHY IS THE BOOKING FEE NON-REFUNDABLE: The booking fee reserves your event date, preventing other bookings, and covers planning and administrative costs. LAST-MINUTE BOOKINGS: Bookings made within 7 days of the event require full payment upfront (A separate invoice will be issued if the booking is made online, to complete the payment). GUARANTEE OF SERVICE: All payments, including the booking fee, are protected by a 100% money-back guarantee if RM Party Wonderland cancels or fails to provide the service.
