FAQ - Hiring A Photo Booth For Your Wedding
How much does it cost to hire a photo booth for a wedding in Perth?
Our photo booth hire prices are the same regardless of the type of event - please see photo booth rental prices for more information.
Do you hire out multiple photo booths at once?
We hire out multiple photo booths for single weddings, with our most popular combination being a 360 video booth + a photo booth.
Please contact us and ask about our special photo booth combo deals.
If I need you to set up the photo booth before the guests arrive but don't want to use the booth until later on – how much does this cost extra?
Instead of charging full price for the photo booth to be on standby during dinner, desserts and speeches, we offer idle hours at $60/hr.
For example, if your wedding reception starts at 6:30pm, but don't want to use the photo booth until 8:30pm, we will have everything setup by 6:30pm, and fee $120 for the booth to be on standby for 2 hours.
How much space do you need to setup the photo booth?
All we need is a flat, dry and level area about 3.0m x 3.0m, with a nearby power outlet.
The Sky 360 though requires 3.5 x 3.5 metres but needs a clearance of 2.8 metres high.
We also need 2.5m clearance under the roof if you select one of our non-curtain backdrops.
How long does it take to set up a photo booth?
Please allow for a minimum of 1.5 hours for setup and 1 hour for pack down - the Sky 360 however will need a minimum 2 hours to setup and 1.5 hours to pack down.
The Roaming Booth, because it's mobile, doesn't require a physical location to set up or pack down.
Times vary according to venue so we will let you know if there are any potential difficulties that may require us to come in earlier to set up.
Can we have your photo booth outdoors?
When it comes to our 360 video booths, we have done plenty of outdoor events, particularly in late afternoons and at night.
Though for the safety of our guests and integrity of our equipment, we do not operate in rain or harsh direct sunlight during the day.
If outdoors during the day, we do require shelter or shade, and as partners in your event, we will help out to find a solution.
Mother nature is unpredictable, so let's have a Plan B if the weather turns for the worst!
How can the guests get their photos and prints?
Our 360 video booths come with a sharing station, so the guests will be able to download their videos within minutes of having a spin on the booth.
Similarly, all of our photo booths come with interactive touch screen features, so they give the guests the choice of either printing their photos or sending it to themselves via SMS, or both.
Can you customise the photos or 360 videos for our wedding?
Absolutely! We’ll add a custom overlay (border) of your choosing to every Photo or 360 video, like names, wedding dates, and graphics to match your event and theme.
If I hire your photo booth for a certain number of hours, what does this exactly mean?
For example, if you hire us for 3 hours, that means we will operate the photo booth for your guests for 3 hours.
Setup and pack-down, before and after, are free of charge.
Do I get copies of the photos or 360 videos after the wedding?
Yes, you will receive digital copies of all of the images or 360 videos - via an online link - within 24 hours of the conclusion of your wedding.
How do I book my photo booth?
You have two options to choose from; you can book online or contact us and request a quote and booking.
If you are planning on utilising idle hours, please contact us directly via email or phone.
In both cases, a deposit is required to be paid to secure the booth, date and time and prevent others from booking that time slot.
